In light of the continuing effects of the pandemic, the date of the next Appetite for Engineering event has been moved to 2nd June 2021. The venue remains the same – the Manufacturing Technology Centre in Coventry.

Commenting on the announcement, Trevor Southerden, event manager for Appetite for Engineering, said: “While Covid-19 continues to have an impact on us all, we must be encouraged by the news of the vaccine rollout and heartened by the knowledge that this will finally put us back on the road to normality. We are confident that the new date chosen for Appetite for Engineering will allow enough time to enable us to safely bring together the UK’s food and beverage community to once again enjoy an informative and educational day that highlights the future of ever more efficient and leaner food production.”

The gala dinner celebration for the Food Processing Awards has also been moved to the evening of 2nd June,  and will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Coventry. This means we have been able to extend the nomination deadline until 1st March 2021 – so there is still time to get your nominations in!
