We are delighted to confirm that Eric Partington, chairman of the Regional Section of the European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG) which serves the UK & Ireland, will be speaking at the 2018 event.

He will talk about the importance of hygienic design of food processing equipment. He will explain the benefits that good design can offer – in terms of reduced cleaning times and reduced water and energy requirements and will highlight what the food industry buyer needs to look out for when purchasing equipment.
